What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and information about your project.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, provide quotes and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers (such as our customer relationship management system and email provider) to store and manage enquiries on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as required for legal, insurance and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
