Builders in Watford

Watford, Bushey and Oxhey are a short drive up the A41 from our Stanmore base. We build extensions, lofts and new homes across south-west Hertfordshire.

Building in Watford

Watford sits outside London, so planning goes through Watford Borough Council (or Hertsmere for Bushey) rather than a London borough, and it has its own local design guidance.

Plot sizes in Watford and Bushey are often larger than in inner London, which opens up double-storey extensions, garden buildings and small new-build schemes.
